Our Story
Built by practitioners.
GenAirate was founded in the UK by a team with roots in insurance, financial services, and technology delivery. We had seen, first hand, the frustration of transformation programmes that failed to deliver — not because the technology was wrong, but because the teams deploying it did not understand the problem they were solving.
We built GenAirate to be different. Our team combines underwriting specialists, claims professionals, AI engineers, and delivery practitioners — working together rather than in handoff sequence.
Today, we work with insurance carriers, MGAs, brokers, and enterprise technology partners — helping them design and deploy practical AI solutions that perform in regulated, complex, document-heavy environments.
